Russ Neal

Russ Neal is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a strong background in manufacturing and technology development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering & Process for Avient Corporation since 2021, Russ previously held various leadership roles at Clariant from 1997 to 2021, including Director of Technology & Engineering for North America, Site Manager at the Lewiston manufacturing plant, and Technical Manager. Earlier in his career, Russ was the VP and Head of Operations at PolyColors, Inc., and served as a Project Engineer at Kimball Chase Company. Russ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine.
