Celena Mock

Celena Mock, BSB/HRM, currently serves as the Communications Manager at Avista since July 2016, where responsibilities include creating and implementing effective communications to support the company’s strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Celena held the position of Community Relations Director at HOPE, focusing on fundraising and awareness for low-income families. Experience at Kinross Gold Corporation included roles in corporate social responsibility and regulatory affairs, emphasizing strategy development and stakeholder engagement. Additional early career roles include auditing at Best Western International, management at Payless ShoeSource, and work with the U.S. Forest Service. Celena holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
