Leah Holdren

Leah Holdren is an experienced communications professional with a proven track record in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the External Communications Manager at Wake County since January 2020, Leah has also held positions as a Senior Communications Consultant and Communications Consultant. Prior experience includes roles at the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce as Executive Assistant to the President/CEO and Communications Traffic Manager, as well as Public Relations and Media Coordinator at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community. Additionally, Leah gained experience as a Public Relations Intern at WVU Children's Hospital and has served in leadership roles, such as Publicity Chair for WVU Colleges Against Cancer. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from West Virginia University, supplemented by a study abroad program in English Literature at the University of Oxford.
