Graham Smith

Graham Smith, PMP, has extensive experience in application delivery and project management, currently serving as Sr. Application Delivery Manager at Avista since October 2001. In this role, Graham shares responsibilities as Chief Product Owner and leads multiple agile teams focused on Oracle E-Business Suite, a customer-facing website on the Sitecore Experience Platform, and Oracle Customer Care and Billing system. Previous positions at Avista include Project Manager for a successful implementation of Oracle Customer Care and Billing and IBM's Maximo, and Manager of IT Delivery, where Graham established a Project Management Office. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Technical Consultant at The Windstar Group, specializing in enterprise email system design, and working at XO Communications as a GIS and IT Specialist. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Webster University and a BBA from Central Washington University, along with an AAS in Aviation Mechanics from Spokane Falls Community College.
