Rendall Farley

Rendall Farley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, operations management, and strategic initiatives, currently serving as Manager of Electric Transportation at Avista, where leadership in electrification and transportation strategies is paramount. Prior roles include Senior Engineer in Asset Management at Avista, Operations Manager at DigiDeal Corporation, and Lean Facilitator at Alliance Machine Systems International, where significant process improvements and operational transformations were achieved. Additional experience includes managing industrial engineering improvements at Cascade Windows and holding various positions within the US Coast Guard, culminating in a solid foundation in marine safety and engineering.
