Susanna Tom, MBA, currently serves as the Global Culture & DEI Lead at Avolta, with additional responsibilities as the Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager and Sr. Manager of Talent for North America since May 2022. Prior to joining Avolta, Susanna held the position of Human Resources Director at SSP America from August 2019 to May 2022 and was a Human Resources Manager at L.K.Bennett from July 2015 to June 2019. Earlier roles include Payroll Manager at SSP America and Human Resources Service Center Representative at CONMED Corporation, along with an internship at Bonide Products, Inc. Susanna earned a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management, from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and pursued graduate studies in Human Resources Management at the State University of New York at Oswego.
