Laura Hovey

Laura Hovey is an experienced Enterprise Implementation Consultant at Awardco, where since August 2020, responsibilities include implementing rewards and recognition platforms for enterprise clients to enhance employee engagement and retention. Laura has a background in managing implementation teams and training consultants in software and project management. Previous roles include coordinating business changes at Randstad New Zealand, conducting research as a Marketing Intern at BackpackerGuide.NZ, and tutoring as an Urban Education Fellow through AmeriCorps. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Sociology from Brigham Young University and has international experience from a semester abroad in London.
