Sam McKay

Sam McKay currently serves as the Director of SMB Sales at Awardco since April 2025. Previously, Sam was the SMB Sales Manager at Motivosity from November 2021 to April 2025, where a successful SMB Sales motion and team were established, achieving a 35% win rate year-over-year and receiving the "Yeti to Serve Award" in 2024. Prior to that, Sam held various roles at LogMeIn from January 2018 to November 2021, including SMB Sales Manager, where the SMB team secured the #1 position in Direct Sales in 2021, exceeding goals by over 200%. Sam's experience also includes significant contributions at Qualtrics, Western Governors University, Brigham Young University, Progrexion, and Evergreen Waste Solutions, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Brigham Young University.
