Duncan George

Duncan George is an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in managing Requests for Change (RFCs) across multiple organizations. Currently at AXA since December 2011, Duncan oversees the management of UK RFCs, assessing their impact, risk, cost, and benefit while ensuring smooth implementation and release management for monthly deployments. Prior experience includes serving as Change and Configuration Manager at CEMEX from April 2007 to November 2011, where responsibilities encompassed managing RFCs for the UK and Ireland, along with oversight of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Earlier roles at AIRMILES Travel Promotions from August 2001 to March 2007 involved various change management responsibilities, including the management of incidents and project acceptance in IT operations.
