Emil Grönvall's work experience begins in 2010, where they served in the Swedish Armed Forces as an Insats Gruppbefäl for two years. Afterward, they worked as a Försäkringsmäklare at Compricer AB, part of the Schibsted Concern, from November 2015 to June 2016. From June 2016 to February 2018, Emil worked as an Account Manager at Clevry, a Nordic recruitment and staffing company specialized in graduates.
In February 2018, they joined Axakon, an IT & Management consultancy firm, as a Försäljningschef. During their time at Axakon, Emil also served as an Interim CEO from April 2020 to November 2020. Emil later became a Partner at Talnox Group in August 2020.
