Annmarie Zollo

AnnMarie Zollo is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Axalta since March 2022, where a comprehensive transformation of the talent acquisition process was orchestrated for increased efficiency. Prior to Axalta, AnnMarie held roles including Senior Manager of Talent Management at Organon, where initiatives in employment branding and innovative operating models were implemented, and Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Merck, contributing significantly to the establishment of Organon before its spin-off. Previous experience includes various positions at Johnson & Johnson, Comcast Cable, Volt Technical Resources, and RE/MAX, showcasing a strong background in recruitment strategies and team leadership. AnnMarie holds a Master’s degree in Business from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Gwynedd Mercy University.
