Prior experience includes roles at Neuro-Tech Inc. as Product Manager and Product Development Engineer from December 2017 to September 2022, and founding Modzter LLC, which operated from January 2019 to August 2021. Abel's earlier career includes significant positions at Arthrex from August 2011 to May 2018, encompassing roles in packaging validation and quality control.
