Norhafizuddin Husein is currently participating in the Axiata Young CEO Development Programme since April 2016, a three-year initiative designed to cultivate essential personal and professional leadership skills for aspiring CEOs. Prior experience includes a role as a Process and Maintenance Engineer Trainee at Arkema from June 2012 to September 2012, where significant accomplishments involved the timely completion and revision of engineering drawings for a project designated for China. Academically, Norhafizuddin holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Petroleum Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, awarded in 2019, a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the same university in 2015, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering (Oil and Gas Technology) from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah.
