David Pearl

David Pearl is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within law firms and governmental organizations. Currently a Partner at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP since September 2018, David has also held the positions of Counsel and Associate at the firm. Prior experience includes co-founding Voter Protection Partners, serving as General Counsel, and working at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as Executive Secretary and Deputy Executive Secretary. David began an Antitrust & Competition Associate role at Jones Day before coordinating voter protection efforts with Organizing for America. Additionally, David gained judicial experience as a Clerk to the Honorable Francis M. Allegra at the United States Court of Federal Claims. Academically, David earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychobiology and Physiological Psychology from UCLA.
