Keith Crooker

Keith Crooker is a highly experienced professional in the field of space systems and environmental control, currently serving as Principal Scientist and Senior Manager for Payload Systems at Axiom Space since May 2020. With a strong background in Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS), Keith has led diverse engineering teams to develop critical payload system interfaces for human-habitable space modules. Prior to Axiom Space, Keith held positions at Bigelow Aerospace, where system requirements for ECLSS were developed, and at Pace Analytical, where environmental testing was supervised. Keith's career includes roles as Junior Scientist at the University of Minnesota and Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University, along with earlier experience in engineering and communications while serving in the United States Army. Keith holds a Master of Aeronautical Science and a Master of Science in Earth & Atmospheric Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences.
