Johny H. Pires

Johny H. Pires has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Bachelor Biomedical Science minor Molecular Biomedicine from Universidade de Aveiro in 2009. Johny H. then completed a Master in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Coimbra in 2012. In 2013, they were a Research & Development Intern at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Marie Curie ESR at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam / VU University Amsterdam. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Research Assistant at CNCR, Center for Neurogenomics & Cognitive Research, and from 2019 to 2022, they were a Field Application Scientist at IonOptix. Currently, they are a Field Application Scientist at Axion BioSystems.

Johny H. Pires completed a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Universidade de Aveiro from 2009 to 2012. Johny H. then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Universidade de Coimbra from 2012 to 2014.
