Samuel Fainsilber

Samuel Fainsilber is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Asset Manager of infrastructure Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) at Axione, a role undertaken since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing 25 SPVs established for the development of fiber optic networks. Prior to this, Samuel worked as a Financial Analyst-controller at Bolloré Ports from March 2016 to June 2019, overseeing portfolio management for 20 ports entities globally and engaging in budgeting, investment analysis, and internal audits. Earlier experiences include a consulting role at OXAND focused on infrastructure asset valuation and optimization, and a Project Manager position at Louis Dreyfus Armateurs, where market analysis and commercial strategy development for port terminals in India were conducted. Samuel holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Grenoble and has pursued further education at the Rotterdam School of Management and the CFA Institute.
