Arjun Chowdhry

Arjun Chowdhry currently serves as Group Executive for Affluent Banking, NRI, Cards & Payments at Axis Bank since March 2023. Prior to this role, Arjun had a long tenure at Citi India from May 1994 to November 2023, where key positions included Country Head of the Consumer Bank and Managing Director & Business Head for Payments, Credit Cards, and Unsecured Loans. Arjun was responsible for P&L management, strategic initiatives in the payments and lending spaces, and interfacing with regulatory bodies. Other notable roles at Citi included Chief Operating Officer and NRI Business Head, as well as business head for Citi At Work and investment products. Arjun's educational background includes a PGDM in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
