Fabrizia (Bree) Gruppioni has extensive experience in operations and engineering within the medical device industry, currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Axonics, Inc. since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing the F15 IPG production line and a team of Operations Engineers. Previously, Bree held the roles of Senior Operations Engineer and Operations Engineer at Axonics, contributing to the development and transfer of the primary cell IPG manufacturing line and overseeing supply chain and production management. Prior experience includes positions at Alcon as a Product Line Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer in Post Market Surveillance, along with engineering internships and academic roles. Bree earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
