Micaela Siegel

Micaela Siegel is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. Previously, Micaela held the position of Senior Talent Sourcing Partner at Apellis Pharmaceuticals until August 2023 and contributed as a Talent Sourcing Partner. Micaela also has extensive experience in executive search as the Associate Vice President at LifeSci Search, alongside roles as Principal and Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in biometrics at EPM Scientific.
