Amy Chipperson

Amy Chipperson is an experienced General Counsel who has held positions at various companies such as Axtria, Atos, Tata Consultancy Services, and Hewlett-Packard Financial Services. Amy has a Bachelor of Science in HRIM from Penn State University and obtained their J.D. cum laude in Law from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Amy has extensive experience in negotiating and closing complex IT outsourcing agreements, software licensing, system integrator agreements, and more. Prior to their corporate roles, Amy was a Principal at Chipperson & Chipperson, where Amy handled various civil litigation cases.
