Gemma Cole

Gemma Cole is an experienced professional in the beverage industry, currently serving as Trade Advocacy Manager at Ayatana XP since August 2019, where responsibilities include brand strategy and market advocacy. Prior to this role, Gemma worked at Pernod Ricard from October 2016 to August 2019 as Key Account Manager, focusing on brands such as Aberlour Single Malt Scotch and Plymouth Gin, and served as Brand Ambassador for Aberlour in New York. Earlier experience includes a position at William Grant & Sons as a Brand Ambassador for Tullamore D.E from January 2014 to October 2016, and various cocktail server roles at The Dead Rabbit, Vintry Wine and Whiskey, and The Merchant Hotel Belfast from 2009 to 2013. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Marketing from Ulster University, which was completed in 2011.
