Currently serving as the İş Mükemmelliği Müdürü at Aydem Enerji since December 2022, Osman Duru oversees internal controls, integrated management systems, customer experience, and performance monitoring and reporting, ensuring the efficient and systematic operation of all organizational units. Prior to this role, Osman Duru accumulated a wealth of experience at Yapı Kredi from September 2007 to November 2022, holding various positions including Şube Operasyonları Müdürü, Başmüfettiş, and Kıdemli Müfettiş, among others. Osman Duru holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Dokuz Eylul University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
