Dennis Bourland

Dennis Bourland currently serves as the Sr. Director of Cultivation for Ayr Wellness Inc., overseeing cultivation operations across eight facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Dennis was the General Manager at Tahoe Hydroponics, where responsibilities included full site management of a cultivation and extraction facility, contributing to the creation of an award-winning extraction brand. Previous positions at Tahoe Hydroponics also encompassed Operations Manager and Veg Manager, handling critical aspects of cultivation and breeding programs. Early career experiences included roles in customer support and IT administration in various companies. Dennis holds a GED from El Dorado County High School.
