Joyce Kaes

Joyce Kaes is an experienced communication professional currently serving as a Medewerker communicatie at AZ Sint-Lucas Gent since February 2025. Prior to this, Joyce worked at i-mens as an Expert Innovatie, focusing on project management, healthcare innovation, and building networks with stakeholders from May 2022 to February 2025. Experience at BNP Paribas Fortis included roles as a Transversal Strategist, Data Strategist, Project Officer, and Junior Communication Manager from February 2018 to April 2022, where Joyce contributed to strategic planning and communication projects. Earlier roles included a Digital Trainee position at ORMIT Belgium, PR and Communication roles at CodeFever and AZ Maria Middelares, as well as foundational experiences in communication and customer service. Joyce holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing and Communication from EHSAL Management School and a Master’s degree in Multilingual Communication from KU Leuven.
