Emil Mammadov

Emil Mammadov currently serves as Advisor to the Chairman at Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları (Azerbaijan Railways) since September 2022, focusing on commercial activities and the development of international logistics corridors. Previously, Emil held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Enginet LLC from April 2016 to October 2022, leading the company in launching the Fiber to The Home project in Azerbaijan. Additionally, Emil has experience as a Strategic Advisor for private consulting projects, Chairman of the Board at MADAD Azerbaijan, Regional Director for TNS Azerbaijan, and Deputy Director at Citizens Development Corps. Emil's educational background includes an MBA from Khazar University and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, among other qualifications.
