Laura Miečelienė has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Laura currently serves as the Chief People Officer at BAA Training since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Impuls LTU from January 2019 to April 2020.

From July 2016 to March 2018, Laura held the position of Head of Administration & Human Resources Department at Small Planet Airlines. Laura also served as the Head of Cabin Crew from October 2013 to August 2016 in the same company.

Before joining Small Planet Airlines, Laura worked as the Head of Patient Service Center at UAB Kardiolita from July 2012 to October 2013.

Laura's earlier experience includes working at airBaltic from June 2004 to July 2011. Laura held the positions of Base Chief Cabin Crew, Cabin Crew Supervisor and Senior Cabin Crew during their tenure at airBaltic.

Laura started their career in 1995 as a Senior Cabin Crew at AB "Lietuvos Avialinijos" and worked there until June 2005.

Laura Miečelienė obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management of Transport Engineering from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University between the years 1995 and 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management and Organization of Air Companies from the same institution from 2000 to 2002.
