Savanah Neitzel

Savanah Neitzel is an accomplished Principal Academic UX Researcher at Babbel, leading initiatives that enhance user learning experiences and drive product innovation through collaborative research. With expertise as a Learner Experience Design Team Lead and Senior Learner Experience Designer at Babbel, Savanah has fostered cross-functional collaboration and integrated pedagogical principles in language learning design. Additionally, Savanah serves as an Expert Advisor in Education for TRIBU BOX and has a background as an instructional coach at West Metro Education Program, where skills in professional development and project management were honed. Previous experience includes teaching English language courses, participating in international education programs with DAAD, and working in client services in the insurance sector. Savanah holds a Master of Education specializing in Teaching, EFL, and Spanish, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Iberian Studies from the University of Minnesota.
