Jennifer Tosti-Kharas currently serves as the Camilla Latino Spinelli Endowed Term Chair and Professor of Management at Babson College, where Jennifer has held various roles since August 2015, including Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior. Prior to their tenure at Babson College, Jennifer Tosti-Kharas was an Assistant Professor of Management at San Francisco State University from August 2009 to August 2015 and a Doctoral Candidate at New York University, Stern School of Business from September 2003 to May 2009. Jennifer Tosti-Kharas also worked as a Consultant at Accenture from September 2000 to June 2003. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School.
