Axelle Caharel is currently the VP People at Back Market, where Axelle manages the complete journey of Back Makers from onboarding to offboarding. Axelle leads engagement and retention initiatives, designs talent management solutions, and manages internal mobility programs. Prior to Back Market, Axelle worked at Zadig & Voltaire as Responsable développement RH and was responsible for recruitment, team management, training, talent management, and internal communication. Axelle also worked as a Consultante Sales & Marketing at People Search, focusing on Luxury and Consumer Goods Markets. Axelle holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Social Law.
