Eric Hernandez is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in guest services and management. Currently serving as General Manager at Backal Hospitality Group since May 2017, Eric previously held the position of Guest Service Manager within the same company. Prior to that, Eric worked at The Madison Square Garden Company as Maitre'd, where the responsibility included managing the Delta VIP Sky 360 Club and Event Level Suites from September 2015 to September 2017. Earlier career roles included Concierge at City Experts and Host Supervisor at John's of Times Square. Eric's educational background includes studies at Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York from 2009 to 2011, and an Advanced Regents Diploma from Richmond Hill High School, completed in 2009.
