Kadir Ruslan is a seasoned statistician and educator with extensive experience in statistical analysis and teaching. Currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Senior Fellow at the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies since April 2021, Kadir has also been a Lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Statistik BPS since August 2019, specializing in Time Series Analysis. Additionally, Kadir contributes as a freelance writer for The Jakarta Post, having published 22 op-eds since 2019. With a notable tenure at Badan Pusat Statistik since December 2010, Kadir leads a team preparing materials for the Chief Statistician and has expertise in agricultural statistics, supported by a Master’s degree in Applied Econometrics from Monash University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics from Politeknik Statistika STIS.
