Eric Tabaska

Eric Tabaska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Lab Manager at Badger Meter since August 2017. In this role, Eric manages hydro lab activities, developed a lab request system, and obtained ISO17025:2015 accreditation for gravimetric testing, while implementing significant upgrades and safety initiatives. Previous experience includes leading cross-functional teams as a Senior Development Project Manager at Badger Meter, where management of multimillion-dollar projects and team mentorship were key responsibilities. Eric's background also features roles at Rockwell Automation and Badger Meter, where expertise in new product industrialization, lean manufacturing, and international project work were demonstrated.
