Rebecca Loomans

Rebecca Loomans has been with Badger Meter since September 1997, starting in customer service and then moving up to contract administration roles. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business/Commerce, General from UW Washington County. In their current role as a Configuration Coordinator (Engineering) at Badger Meter, Rebecca also serves as a Proposal Lead and Sr. Project Manager for Bids and Contracts.
