Aashish Goswami is currently engaged with Bain Capital as part of the North America Private Equity Portfolio Group since September 2024. Previously, Aashish held multiple leadership roles at THL Partners, advancing from Vice President to Principal within the Strategic Resource Group from July 2021 to August 2024. At DaVita Kidney Care, Aashish served as Division Vice President overseeing outpatient operations with a $240M P&L and hospital services in the Northeast, leading an $80M P&L for approximately 140 sites. Earlier career experiences include roles at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, Deloitte as a Summer Associate focused on strategy and operations consulting, and Merck where Aashish contributed to the production planning of the Gardasil vaccine. Aashish began the professional journey at the National Institutes of Health as a Postbaccalaureate Research Fellow. Aashish holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a double major in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
