Mateusz Radecki

Mateusz Radecki is a Senior Manager in Reporting and Analytics at Bain & Company, with progressive roles in the company since January 2020. Prior to Bain & Company, Mateusz served as a Senior Financial Analyst at ADP, managing finance and billing for the Polish organization, and providing strategic financial guidance. At Nielsen, Mateusz held various positions, including part of the Global Markets Group FP&A Leadership Team, where responsibilities included transitioning FP&A teams and building global reporting infrastructure. Additionally, Mateusz has experience from internships at Nielsen and PwC, focusing on financial analysis and reporting. Mateusz holds multiple degrees from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, including a Bachelor’s in Economics and Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems, as well as participation in the CEMS program.
