Deepak Poddar

Deepak Poddar currently serves as the Head of Indirect Tax - Divisional Manager Finance at Bajaj Auto Ltd since September 2023, overseeing areas such as GST, Customs, and various past indirect tax laws. Prior to this role, Deepak accumulated extensive experience at KPMG India from February 2010 to August 2023, progressing through positions from Associate Director to Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior. Additional experience includes working as an Associate at PwC from July 2008 to February 2010, a Manager at Reliance Industries in 2007-2008, and an Audit Assistant at Lodha and Co in Kolkata from April 2004 to March 2007. Deepak holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2003-2006) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sambalpur University (1999-2002).
