Sharad Mantri

Sharad Mantri is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in managing and leading process and technology teams across various industries, including energy, chemicals, and transportation. Currently serving as Sr. Director and Global IT Leader for Sourcing and Procurement at Baker Hughes since January 2021, Sharad Mantri previously held similar roles at Baker Hughes, a GE company, from June 2017 to December 2020, and from November 2007 to June 2017. Sharad has led multiple initiatives across the supply chain, encompassing procurement, sourcing, inventory, manufacturing, and repair and maintenance, while managing teams globally across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Earlier career roles include positions as a Business Process Analyst at Keane and Senior Principal Consultant at Wipro Technologies, where Sharad began as a Software Engineer. Sharad Mantri holds a degree in Engineering with a focus on computers from Gulbarga University.
