Sue Wells

Sue Wells is a highly experienced IT Compliance Director, currently leading compliance and audit teams at Baker Tilly US since June 2025. Prior to Baker Tilly, Sue held the same position at Moss Adams from August 2021 to June 2025, following the merger with The Cadence Group. Sue's career also includes significant roles as a Partner at Auditwerx, a Senior Consultant at A-LIGN, and various managerial positions at PwC, Ceridian US, and Pepsico. Sue holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University, complemented by certifications including CPA, CISA, CISM, and CDPSE.
