Linda Whittle

Linda Whittle is an experienced legal professional with a solid background in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Interim Legal Counsel at Balderton Capital since December 2022, Linda has previously held significant positions including Senior Lawyer at KFC UK & Ireland, Interim Legal Counsel at Accel, Chief Legal Officer at Funderbeam, and Senior Associate at both Trowers & Hamlins and Fladgate LLP. With early roles as an Associate at Norton Rose Group and McDermott Will & Emery, as well as a Trainee Solicitor at Herbert Smith, Linda has developed expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, public company work, and venture capital. Linda attained a Law degree from the University of Cambridge after completing education at Wirral County Grammar School for Girls.
