Thy Ngo

Thy Ngo is a skilled professional with a strong background in engineering and laboratory analysis. Currently serving as a Manufacturing EIT at Ballard Power Systems since March 2024, Thy Ngo leads the development and execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for fuel cell systems while utilizing advanced data analysis tools to resolve performance discrepancies. Prior experience includes working as a Laboratory Analyst at ALS, where responsibilities encompassed operating ICP-MS instruments, leading a team, and optimizing processes to enhance production efficiency. Thy Ngo also has a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Dominican University, along with a graduate degree in Green Business Management and Sustainability from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
