Kudryashova Valentina has a diverse work experience in the beer and beverage industry. Kudryashova started their career at the Beer and Beverage Plant in Yaroslavl in 1987, where they held various roles such as Engineer in the Technical Department, Master in the Fermentation Brewing Plant, and Economist in the Finance Department. Kudryashova then joined the Carlsberg Group in 1998 as an Economist in the Production Planning Department, and later became the Head of the Production Planning Department at the company "Yarpivo". In 2006, they moved to Baltika Breweries and served as the Chief Economist at the Yaroslavl plant. Kudryashova also worked as an Internal Trainer at the Corporate University of Baltika.
Kudryashova Valentina's education history includes two distinct periods. From 1982 to 1987, they attended Stavropol State University, earning a degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Machines and Apparatus in the Food Industry. Following this, from 1997 to 1999, Valentina attended Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics (MESI) and obtained a degree in Economics, specializing in Accounting and Audit.
