Jillian Black

Jillian Black has extensive experience in payroll and human resources management, currently serving as the Director of People Operations for the Baltimore Ravens since October 2017. Previous positions include various roles at Towne Park, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing payroll processes for over 10,000 associates and implementing system changes to improve operations. Jillian's career includes significant contributions to iProcess Online, Inc., where management of payroll and HR compliance was key, as well as roles in talent acquisition and client services. Educationally, Jillian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
