Ej Petterson

EJ Petterson is an experienced Engineering Manager currently at BambooHR since January 2023, previously holding the same title at Lucid from May 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing teams focused on enterprise features and coaching team leads. Prior roles at Lucid included Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer II, contributing to the development of enterprise features and enhancing Lucid's products for large customers. EJ also served as a Russian Instructor at the University of Utah while pursuing a graduate degree in World Languages, and held various teaching assistant positions at Brigham Young University. EJ holds a Master of Arts from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Brigham Young University.
