Igor Mitric currently serves as the Head of Education, Spa & Retail at Bamford, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Igor was the Hotel & Spa Business Development Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from July 2021 to January 2023 and also held the position of Pre-Opening Director of Wellness. Igor's extensive background includes serving as the Global Director of Training & Development at PRISMOLOGIE INTERNATIONAL LTD. and founding IM your SPA, a training concept aimed at enhancing business performance. Additionally, Igor worked as the International Spa Business Manager at ESPA International, overseeing a large portfolio of spas and their development, and filled various roles at The Bulgari Hotel & Residences in London, including Spa Operations Manager and Head Therapist during the pre-opening phase.
