Akshaya Bhargava

Akshaya Bhargava is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. As Founder and Chairman of Bridgeweave Ltd. since January 2018, Akshaya leads the development of a DIY investment platform leveraging AI and robotics for self-directed investors. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Bank of Ireland and previously at Wealthify and AVENDUS WEALTH MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED, Akshaya also holds significant roles as a founding partner and board member at VAHANNA, LLC, which sponsors a NASDAQ-listed SPAC. Akshaya has a robust background in leadership positions, including CEO roles at Barclays, State Street, and Mitsubishi UFJ Fund Admin, and has served on various boards, including Mindtree. Akshaya holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
