Bankdata is one of Denmark's most important tech companies. Our solutions are an integral part of Danes' everyday life, the banks' business and society's security, but only very few people are aware of this. However, every third Dane, 200,000 companies and several thousand bank employees use our solutions every day. We laugh a lot at the office, but we take our work extremely seriously. Some would say that our solutions are critical to society. For us, it is a regular job. Financial infrastructure is under political scrutiny and constant attack from cybercriminals and our customers' reputations reputation sees red when our systems go black. Our business is therefore not for everyone. Neither we nor our customers are able to accept doing things half-heartedly – we always strive to deliver only the best software to the market. We are 1,000 of the sharpest finetech minds in Denmark. We are engineers, architects, Product Owners and security experts, who work in autonomous teams. We build, monitor and improve digital products to ensure that user interfaces, accessibility and response time are of international top level. We have become a rather large outfit these days, but we work by agile principles as part of autonomous teams that build microservices and microfrontends without the need for micromanagement. We believe in empowerment, continuous integration and improvements and aim for a modular architecture and modern delivery pipelines. Although developing tech for the banking industry is what we do, being a good match with us does not require you to have been born with an interest in financial infrastructure. A desire to solve interesting problems using the latest technologies and making a difference to society is all that you need.
