Jim Richards, MBA, is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in database administration, IT program management, and software architecture. Currently serving as a Database Administrator II at Bankers Trust since November 2023, Jim previously held the role of IT Program Manager / DevOps / IT Manager at Peterson Corn Genetics, LLC from January 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing the portal program and designing an award-winning product manual. With a substantial tenure at MBS Genetics, LLC from June 2001 to December 2020, Jim oversaw IT projects and led a team for infrastructure and data system initiatives. Additionally, Jim founded Jombi Designs in 2005, providing freelance graphic design and consulting services, and worked as an Information Systems Specialist at Richards Graphic Communications, Inc. from 1998 to 2001. Jim holds an MBA from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
