Sonia Knox has been with Bankwest since July 2006, holding several key positions including Executive Manager of Enterprise Agility, Head of Scrum Master Chapter, and Agile Coach, where responsibilities involved coaching colleagues and informing the enterprise agility model. Previous roles at Bankwest included Delivery Lead Transformation and Manager of Organisational Change Management, focusing on agile transformation and change management strategy. Earlier in their career at Alphapharm, Sonia served as Compliance Program Manager. Sonia Knox's educational background includes attendance at Perth College from 1989 to 1991.
