Rob Maguire

Rob Maguire serves as the Lead Partner for Operational Value Creation at Baringa Partners since January 2013, focusing on Operational Excellence, Value Creation, and Intelligent Automation across sectors such as Energy, Resources, Financial Services, and Public Sector. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG, leading global teams in operational improvement through private equity analytics and Lean Six Sigma methods, along with earlier positions at BP and IBM Global Business Services as a consultant in operations strategy. Rob began his career at Thames Water and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Geology from the University of Leeds.
